We value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and digital resources. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Online Courses, etc.)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is complete.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at info@ericnasalroad.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

2. Coaching Services

Refunds for coaching services depend on the nature of the engagement:

Single Sessions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session may be rescheduled at no charge. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Coaching Packages (Multi-Session Plans)

If you’ve purchased a multi-session package and wish to cancel after the first session, you may request a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused sessions—provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
After that time, all sales are final.

3. Group Workshops and Live Trainings

Seats in workshops and live events are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request:

  • A credit toward a future workshop (if available), or

  • To transfer your registration to someone else (with prior approval)

Please notify us at info@ericnasalroad.com as early as possible.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in limited cases where:

  • A duplicate order was placed in error

  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the purchased material (and we are unable to resolve it)

All exception requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
